PSA 2022 Councils Challenge
Our own Carlotta Grenier won a third-place award in the PSA Councils Challenge in the Monochrome Open section. NECCC chose to submit her image to the Councils Challenge. This image was submitted to the NECCC interclub competition last year. The image was published in the PSA November 2022 magazine.
