Our End Of The Year Competition is over for 2021, but don't put your cameras away!

The fun continues with our Monthly Photo Challenges. July is “Downtown Mystic”, a charming place full of endless photographic opportunities.

Mystic is a quaint little seaside town offering a variety of eateries, historic buildings, and riverfront views. You can just sit and "people watch" from the wonderful Waterfront Park or capture some of the nautical activity on the water and nearby drawbridge. The "one of a kind" architecture and interesting storefronts make great photographic subjects. To keep up your strength, visit Mystic Pizza, Mystic Drawbridge Ice Cream, and Mystic River Chocolate Cafe.

The Mystic Museum of Art has a large 24 hr. public parking lot. at 9 Water Street. There are designated 15 min. and 24 hr. free parking spaces on the streets, residential side street parking, as well as a paid public lot. Parking fills up very fast at peak season. Plan on arriving early to secure a spot.

Size to the usual NHCC 1400 width X 1050 height.
