FIELD TRIP TO ELIZABETH PARK
WHEN: Monday June 10, 2019
TIME: 10:00 – 12:00
WHERE: Elizabeth Park, 1561 Asylum Avenue, West Hartford
An informal morning field trip is scheduled to shoot the beautiful roses in Elizabeth Park. This park, in the heart of West Hartford, is filled with opportunities to find subjects for your photos – such as irises, roses, birds swimming in the pond, a stone bridge over a small stream and much, much more.
So join us for a morning of shooting and social time with your photography friends. We will meet near the conservatory at 10:00 and photograph for about 2 hours (or until we are finished). Lunch is on your own. There are many options in the area or you can bring your own and stay in the park to eat.
Upon getting home, you can rest up and come out again for our year-end banquet at Bellini’s in North Haven. If you haven’t signed up for the dinner, please contact Jan Doyle, President (jmdteach@comcast.net).
