NHCC Field Trip: Saturday, May 11, 2019
The Trips Committee has selected a superb New York City outer-borough locale for an exciting one-day field trip: DUMBO – Down Under Manhattan Bridge Overpass! Join us to shoot the iconic between-the-buildings shot of the Manhattan Bridge, a vintage carousel, cliffs and marshland, New York architecture, boats, chocolate-making! And take a walk over the Brooklyn Bridge to find unique images of Chinatown. It’s New York, so there’s sure to be great food and even a free “Barge-music” concert. Of course, you get to make friends with wonderful people too, or reconnect!

Departure times and details are still being worked out but we will drive (carpooling) and will be there for the afternoon into evening for shots of the Manhattan skyline at night.
