of the Year” in the NECCC Pictorial A category interclub competition. All 1st,
2nd, and 3rd place images from the entire season were
judged and Joan Balen’s image What a
Beauty was selected as Image of the Year!
She will receive an award at
the upcoming NECCC Conference.
