First Competition Night of the Season scores, winning images and monthly images

The NHCC held the First Competition Night of the 2014-15 Season!

Based on suggestions from NHCC members the board discussed and implemented a variation of the the image competition scoring system. The scoring system (previously 6-10 with very few 6's and 10's given out) was tweaked and expanded to include 0.5's (6., 6, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9.0, 9.5 and 10). This change was made to allow the judges to further differentiate between a photograph that is, say an 8.0 versus 9.0. This half point addition will allow better comparative assessment of the monthly photos entered.
