Our Monday night banquet will consist of:
- Good food
- Good company
- Awards
- 4 awards will be given out that night for the "BEST OF 12" for: Prints, Assigned subjectElectronic A, Electronic B.
- Competition for: Print of the year, Electronic A image of the year, Electronic B image of the year, Overall Image of the year, Jane Sibley Nature Honor Award, Joe DiChello Seascape or Landscape Memorial Award
In order to compete in that night's competition your image must have been submitted during the 2008-2009 competition season (Sept 08 to May 09). You need not have completed the season nor does the photograph that you choose have to received a ribbon.
1. For the Electronic photograph of the year competition, list the four titles in the order you want them shown.
2. If you have nature photographs were entered during the year you may enter up to two (2) in the separate Jane Sibley Honor Award competition. List one or two photographs for this competition (if any qualify) in the order you want them shown. Note that entries in prints during the year are also eligible for this competition as long as they are converted to electronic format. If entering a photo from a print, please send the image (as it was printed and competed) as I will not have it.
3. If you have landscape or seascape photographs were entered during the year you may enter up to two (2) in the separate Joseph A. Dichello Jr Memorial Award competition. List one or two photographs for this competition (if any qualify) in the order you want them shown. Note that entries in prints during the year are also eligible for this competition as long as they are converted to electronic format. If entering a photo from a print, please send the image (as it was printed and competed) as I will not have it.
The deadline for receipt of titles (and/or images from prints for the Dichello and Sibley competitions) is Friday, June 5, 2009 but I would appreciate hearing from you much sooner to make sure that I have time to locate each of your entries choices.
