Competition Entries are due Friday, March 20

Entries are due by Friday, March 20, at 11:59 PM

Please Note: For the sake of everyone's health, we are not meeting at the Unitarian Church.

Instead we are conducting a remote competition. You will still submit your images to Photo Contest Pro as always.
The images will then be sent to the judges who will judge them at their homes. Once the images are scored, the images
and scores will be posted on the New Haven Camera Club website. This is the first time we have conducted a
competition in this way. Paul Peterson will try to get the results posted as soon as possible but be patient.

Special Note for Image Critique: You can still submit images to be critiqued. These images, along with brief critiques,
will be posted on the Blog

This year the image size allowed has changed. In the past, images could be up to

1024 pixels in height or width.

Now images can be 1400 pixels wide and 1050 pixels high. This change is in keeping with

the New England Camera Club Council which has changed its image sizes for interclub competitions.

Here are some examples of images which can be submitted this year

a landscape which is 1400 x 1050

a vertical which is 800 x 1050

a square image which is 1050 x 1050

Note that the vertical dimension cannot be more than 1050.

If you accidentally forget to resize your images, Photo Contest Pro may still accept

them if they are not too far off. However, everyone should strive to resize their images to conform to the guidelines.

One last reminder - The assigned subject for March is Cemeteries and/or Gravestones.

Please stay safe.
