Change in Parking for Meeting at Whitney Center
Monday, Feb. 16th
As
of now, we do not see any reason to have to close our campus
on Monday due to the snow. The crew will be clearing the
lots on Sunday evening and Monday morning/afternoon.
We
do however need to change the parking location for your
members since many resident vehicles will be moved to the
top deck of the parking garage.
Could
you please inform your members that they will need to park
in our Employee Parking Lot. This is located around the
back corner of the South Building. They will still enter
the South Entrance driveway and should drive down, past
the main entrance doors, to the stop sign. At the stop
sign they will take a right and that entire lot is for
employee parking.
The sign, next to the stop sign, says Gallery Parking as we
use this lot for parking overflow for large events.
With
Monday being a holiday for Whitney Center staff, the
employee lot will be just about empty, especially by the
time you arrive.
Please
let me know if you have any questions or if you decide to
cancel your meeting if the snow is worse than expected. I
will keep you informed if we have any change in plans for
the campus as well.
